Returns

Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused.

The item must be returned in its original condition.

The item must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, Curavelli will process the refund.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 14 days.

Shipping costs are not refunded unless required by applicable law or if the item was delivered incorrectly or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order number.
